General Terms and Conditions

We adhere to them. These are also binding for you when you make a purchase in our online shop.

1. General
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and products purchased via www.taniabisaz.com. By submitting an order, you expressly declare your agreement with these GTCs. The contract is concluded when we deliver the goods in fulfilment of the order. Cancellation of the order is possible at any time.

2. Offers
The prices in our offers and order confirmations are always binding. Value added tax is included in all prices. Items that are not immediately available will be delivered at a later date if possible. If an item is not available, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone. If the item is no longer available, the customer will receive a refund. Bits & Bobs GmbH always endeavours to provide correct product information. Most of this information is obtained directly from the manufacturers. Therefore, no liability can be accepted for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information. Bits & Bobs GmbH reserves the right to change prices and product ranges at any time.

3. Shipping
We ship worldwide, to all countries! The shipping price will be generated at checkout. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. The buyer is responsible for tracking delivery, and corresponding with the courier when the package arrives in their country if any attempts of delivery are made to the buyer. Orders returned will not have their shipping refunded.

The goods must be checked for correctness, completeness and integrity immediately upon arrival. Information on delivery times is not binding. Transport damage must be reported and documented immediately, at the latest after five calendar days. Bits & Bobs GmbH endeavours to deliver all ordered items as quickly as possible. Bits & Bobs GmbH is authorised to make partial deliveries.

4 Terms of Payment
Dispatch will only take place after successful verification of the credit card, Twint or PayPal details. Payments are only possible by credit card, Twint or via PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay in advance.

5. Loyalty Programmes / Vouchers / Customer Cards
Vouchers are only valid for the specified period and can only be redeemed once as part of an online order process.

6. Returns
As the products and prints are produced to order, returns are not possible. If there is a problem with the product, you can contact us at hello@taniabisaz.com.

7. Liability
Bits & Bobs GmbH excludes any liability for the products sold and delivered to the extent permitted by law.

8. Final Provisions
All legal relationships are subject to Swiss law. Bits & Bobs GmbH reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. The currently binding version of the GTC can be viewed and printed at www.taniabisaz.com. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the company.
